Last month, 35 students at Torrens University Australia travelled to Spain to complete a 2 week residency with Real Madrid. The students studying Master of Business Administration (Sports Management) had the opportunity to learn directly from industry experts at one of the world's most successful sports clubs.
“One word to describe the trip: exceptional, on all fronts. The learnings, the master classes, and then just looking around at an unbelievable city and getting to visit two really unique stadiums.” - Matt Duldig, Sport Management student
The partnership between Torrens University Australia and the Real Madrid Graduate School has allowed for the co-delivery of the Sports Management MBA including the Real Madrid Residency.
After two years of postponement due to the pandemic, resuming the residency program to Real Madrid was a joyous occasion, with Senior Learning Facilitator Darren Adamson announcing: "A feeling of relief and gratitude to be back in Madrid with 35 MBA Sports Management students from Torrens University Australia. It has been a challenging few years, and our students have done everything possible to adhere to government protocols, travel to Madrid and advance their MBA programs."
