Cross Country

In 2025, Cross Country will be held in conjunction with the 2025 Australian Cross Country Championships and will be contested in both men's, women's, and multi-class competitions. The following competitions will be contested: 

• Open Men

• Open Women

• U20 Men

• U20 Women

UniSport Australia respectfully acknowledges the traditional owners of the land on which the 2025 Nationals Cross Country will take place. ​

Mixed Team Relay

A Mixed Team Relay will also be contested at the Nationals Cross Country Championship. The relay will consist of 2 men and 2 women each running one loop of the course. The order is Male, Female, Male, Female. Athletes will only be able to compete in one team.
